turned into a movement. Women have found their shade and their groove through the power of the paint. The red lipstick has united women in 

sisterhood, allowed them to share their personal story while encouraging them to be bold, courageous and authentic. 

For generations of polished confident women, red lipstick has been a fashion statement- but now it’s a call to action. A call for women to be bold and fierce. Being a women isn’t an easy space to occupy. It requires strength, precision and fearlessness. 

While a red lip is bold, it still signifies femininity. 

A woman’s red lip is equivalent to a man’s power red tie. It gets noticed. It signifies boldness, power and intention.  PYLR is a movement for 

women to increase their self awareness, increase their leadership and to give back through service all through sisterhood. 

I am so excited to share in this journey with you. A journey of greater self awareness, leadership, service and sisterhood all
